We worked with Clair and closed in August 2021. Clair answered all of our questions and walked us through the documents. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect and he was patient with us. He even provided us our preapproval. Clair and his team was awesome to work with! Clair was SO helpful and PROMPT. he got us pre approved in under two hours for our home loan when a bank wouldn’t recognize our rental income as revenue. Clair is great at his job and we will for sure be using him again. I’ve already recommended him to many people by word of mouth. Clair and his team have been great to work with. I’ve worked with Clair for a few years and referred a handful of my own clients to him.
